By accessing Clarifian, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.
Description of Service
Clarifian is a web-based tool that translates business context into interactive engineering maps through conversation. The service includes AI-powered entity extraction, interactive diagram views, and GitHub integration for delivery tracking.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any API keys or tokens you provide (OpenRouter, GitHub). You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
The Clarifian application, including its design, code, and documentation, is the property of the Clarifian team. Content you create using Clarifian (project files, models, maps) remains yours.
User Content
Project data is stored as JSON files on your local machine. Clarifian does not store your project data on our servers. Chat messages are sent to third-party LLM providers (via OpenRouter) for processing.
Third-Party Services
Clarifian integrates with the following third-party services:
- OpenRouter — for AI processing
- GitHub API — for repository status
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Clarifian is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarifian and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Clarifian after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
